Silur Neuro Bikes provides bicycle rental services, including:
- Short-term and long-term bicycle rentals

- Safety equipment provision
3. Rental Requirements
Age Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years for standard bike rentals
- Minimum age of 16 years for electric bike rentals (with parental consent)
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
Documentation Required
- Valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or national ID)
- Valid credit or debit card
- Emergency contact information
- Signed rental agreement and liability waiver
4. Rental Terms and Conditions
Rental Period
- Rentals are available hourly, daily, or weekly
- Late returns incur additional charges as specified in our pricing
- Extensions must be approved in advance
Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of rental
- Security deposit will be authorized on your payment method
- Additional charges may apply for damages, cleaning, or late returns
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: Full refund
- Cancellations made 2-24 hours in advance: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 2 hours in advance: No refund
- Weather-related cancellations: Full refund or rescheduling
5. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Use the bicycle in a safe and responsible manner
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations
- Wear provided safety equipment (helmet, reflective vest)
- Return the bicycle in the same condition as received
- Report any damage or mechanical issues immediately
- Not allow unauthorized persons to use the rented bicycle
- Not use the bicycle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Not modify or tamper with the bicycle or its components
6. Prohibited Uses
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Renting bicycles for illegal activities
- Subletting or transferring rental agreements
- Using bicycles for commercial purposes without prior approval
- Riding in prohibited areas or private property
- Participating in races or competitions without authorization
- Exceeding weight limits specified for each bicycle
- Removing or altering identification tags or GPS devices
7. Damage and Loss
Customer Liability
Customers are responsible for:
- Any damage to the bicycle during the rental period
- Theft or loss of the bicycle or its components
- Damage caused by negligence or misuse
- Normal wear and tear is not charged
Repair Costs
Damage charges will be assessed based on:
- Actual repair costs for damaged components
- Replacement cost for stolen or lost items
- Labor charges for repairs
- Lost rental income during repair period
8. Liability and Insurance
Limitation of Liability
Silur Neuro Bikes' liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for:
- Personal injury or death resulting from bicycle use
- Property damage caused by the customer
- Theft of personal belongings
- Accidents involving third parties
- Weather-related incidents
Insurance Coverage
- We maintain comprehensive business insurance
- Customers are advised to check their personal insurance coverage
- Additional insurance options may be available upon request
9. Safety and Maintenance
Pre-Rental Inspection
- All bicycles undergo safety inspection before rental
- Customers must report any issues immediately
- We reserve the right to refuse rental of unsafe equipment
During Rental
- Customers should perform basic safety checks before each ride
- Report mechanical issues immediately
- Do not attempt repairs yourself

10. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Modifications to Terms
